I just updated my previously somewhat neglected MPC Live. The new synths/electric piano are really pretty great. I'm pleasantly surprised with the level of tweakability with the synths. The fx chains built into the synths are really well done and have some nice touches like infinite reverb and hp/lp filters on the delay/reverb. The aside from being much bigger, the Live really covers everything I liked about the OP-1: decent synthesis, an easy to use sampler, and flexible sequencing options. There's nothing exactly like the tape feature on the OP-1 (and that provides a lot of the magic), but the MPC has similar vibe to what is great about OP-1 for me.
