REGARDING TIME-STRETCH

At this point, it's up to the end user. People just forgot how hard time stretching used to be. These machine pretty much does everything. Modes, Single pad chords, beat matching, Time stretching, Warping, Auto Tune,

Im gonna make it drum and bass too so it sounds even more **** up with 80bpm loops warped up to 170 hah.

Just time stretch the 80 bpm to 85 bpm, then import the file into a 170 bpm project. Or you could put the loop into a XDJ, then pitch the loop to 170 with pitch adjust on. Then sample that back into your MPC, then use the C.R.E.A.M Warp Techniques to bring out those extra artifacts.

Since the MPC LIVE/X is supposed to get the Force stretching algorithm in 3.0, how good is the Force's compared to the current MPC's?
Anyone here have both?

Offline timestretch on the 4000 wasn't too bad, just took a LONGGGGGGGGGG time to complete.

Man I was joking, did you realize that?
I have never tried something so lame as Akai Reverb and Warp or timestretch on Mpc standalone.
I understand you can use it as an effect, but if you just need them to do what they are supposed to do, they are not even at a level of 20 years ago.

Genius!! Man some poor kid a few years from now is gonna pick up an Mpc Live 2.0 and run across this looking for tips on Google and start doing it to every sample he uses hahaha.
