Mpcx only not booting up

HELP…. My mpcx froze while updating 2.7 from windows after 1 hour I had to switch it off, now when I switch it on I only get the mpc page and it won't boot up can anyone help, has anyone experienced this problem, please help thanks

Call support, they may give you the restore image file to fix it.

I'm sure it can be fixed; it's just a software issue most likely.
