So, you can bus power a BS2 with and send MIDI data to the MPC Live with a USB cable.

However, the MPC can only send MIDI out through DIN connections? Hopefully an update will allow it through USB.

Any news on this? Do I need to use an USB Kabel to power the bass station 2 and then connect the bass station 2 via Midi cables to sequence it? (also audio cables). I had one but I send it back because it was to brave compared to my nasty minibrute.
But for a mobile setup it seems like it could be a perfect pair. The bs2 could be used as a midi controller a nice sounding mono synth and a nice filter with overdrive for resampling drums and more..
