Can I connect a table with MPC live?

Hi All, I am newbie at MPC Live.

I bought a Jack - Rca cable to connect my android tablet to MPC Live, but I think the Sampler doesn't see the tablet.





Maybe I am wrong and this type of connection is impossible.
Can you recommend me working method for Tablet-MPC connecting?

When you go to sampler, make sure the input is set to the correct input... You also need to make sure you are in phono since you are using RCA cables. I would recommend using trs cables so you don't need to record in phono.

Also make sure you select monitor so you can hear what is being sampled..

The tablet is likely line out, and you should be using a 1/8" jack to a split 1/4" Left and Right jack. You're going to get lots of clipping, or have to run the tablet at a super low volume if you go that way.

^^ There is a phono/line switch beside the rca input so I guess you can switch the rca to line level.

It works now with switch to "phone" mode, and trying the Monitor also. Anyway, I will buy the TRS.

No need to buy it if it works though
