this is starting to look pathetic. berhinger just copying others work to sell to people who were just too clueless to know what's up at the time.

1. There is no trolling.
2. What Behringer is doing is great. They making the products that musicians actually want available to all...

these products already exist and have been available for decades. behringer aren't giving musicians anything that doesn't already exist.

instead, behringer are exploiting the good name and reputation of other companies and their products for their own financial gain.

like bootleg represses, they're fine for those that missed the boat. but don't pretend that it's anything else but lame-o represses.

Due to many requests, Behringer is going to produce a CR-78 clone. They have asked their fans to design the new RD-78 for their Eurorack form factor and this is one of the designs that Uli Behringer himself is leaning towards...

You’re talking about products that doesn’t have MIDI, or USB, with dried out old unstable capacitors, and a heap of problems that would end up costing more to restore them than to buy the new Behringer clone which will last a lot longer than a used one.

Also, Behringer’s clones isn’t hurting Roland.

Roland is hurting Roland, by ignoring the consumer base who’ve repeatedly asked them for the analog ghosts they refuse to chase.

Korg at least gets it by introducing new analog synths and recreating classics like the ARP 2600 and Odyssey.

Moog is also pushing forward by creating more affordable analog synths. I recently purchased the Mother-32 and D-Fam not because I think the M32 is any better than Behringer’s Crave, which it not, but because I want Moog to continue to adapt and compete in that price range.

Thanks to Behringer and their clones a new generation of musicians will have the opportunity to learn how to use analog synths and create new and hopefully exciting sounds.

Old guys like me can authentically recreate the sounds of the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s to avoid any sample clearances.

Your hate for Behringer won’t stop the world or change my mind, because musicians like myself are not gonna listen to you and we will continue to move the world forward with our Behringer clones...

I don't think people hate Behringer and I also think you're making it out to be more than it is really is. If you enjoy the gear, than buy it and do what you do. As far as Behringer is concerned, they've been making low budget and low quality gear for a long time. So a couple of years is not going to change their reputation.

The latest wave of clone gear, is going to have to stand up. If there are any bad batches it's going to hurt them. Also the fact that Behringer tried to sue Dave Smith and other message board user. Does not really endure them to the people, they're trying sale too.

Dave Smith's employee smeared Behringer. They deserve to lose everything for such slander if you ask me...

That's the reason the anti-SLAPP statute exist. Do you work for Behringer? Because you're fighting pretty hard, for a company that doesn't care about you. Why are you taking it personal, when it's not an attack on you?

No, I do not work for Behringer.

I'm just on the side of the consumer.

Behringer is one of the very few companies who actually listen to their consumer base and I respect them for that because they are giving us musicians what we want.

I'm a fan of their products because I use them and know from personal experience that they are of good build quality and that they sound great. So when I see people hating it's kinda annoying, like people hating on the MPC X which I use every day.

I use my gear every day and every night so I know how dope they are and it just crazy to me how people will find any excuse to complain about a product they own, but what's really annoying is when people talk crazy about gear they don't even own or even took the time out to personally explore.

This dude comes in here beefing about Behringer like they stole his girl or something talking crazy about how they ruining other companies reputations and whatnot which is pure nonsense, yet I'm taking it personal?

C'mon yo!

Like I said before, Behringer has a long history of poor quality gear. It takes a long time build a reputation and brand trust. So people are going to be very weary and 100% cautious when buying their stuff. My only loyalty is to good gear and not to a logo or brand name.

When it comes to Behringer, it's a wait two years and see how things pan out. I do own a Behringer CT100 Cable Tester. Currently I'm check out Behringer's effects pedals.

I bet you also have the dopest car the dopest TV and you drink the dopest coffee.
Of course you do. You paid for it so it must be dope right?

Sorry bro, your brain is foolin you. But don't worry this psychological phenomenon is very common (it's more common by people who buy expensive stuff tho). Just don't annoy people with it ;)

I’m not a behringer hater, just wasn’t as thrilled with the model d as you seem to be. Much preferred the m32 just in pure sound.

My opinion, and I’m cool with fresh breaths opinion. I’m still interested in some of their units. Just have a clue of what I’m looking at if I do make the jump.

He more than likely has a different setup and different needs than I do.

Nah, I only drive a 2019 Acura MDX with the tech package, my wife, on the other hand, drives the dopest car to me which is the 2020 BMW i3 which also makes me jealous of her sometimes, but it is what it is. and I drink Starbucks K-Cups from Costco nothing special, and I got a Samsung TV with that ai bullshit like everyone else I know.

My MPC X is dope as far as I'm concerned, I'm making music with it every day, that's all that matters to me...

i can't speak on the new synths in terms of build quality... but i don't expect anything crazy at those prices. Will they put million click contact switches or million rotation pots? probably not...

i can speak on their older gear like some of their 19" rackmount stuff like crossovers, compressors etc... and those were built like total trash. You would think it would be remotely simple to take the front plate off to spray some deoxit in the crap quality pots they use, but not without bending and prying the aluminum apart to get it off. It just is not reliable in my opinion... and their old mixing desks (way before they bought midas) were were famous for crosstalk and buzz.

People used to say it was better value to buy any other brand second hand than behringer brand new. I didn't listen to that until i saw for myself. Back years ago my favourite behringer product (which is actually a great gadget) is the behringer beatcounter BC100. I bought a couple of cable snakes at a shop and they threw one in my bag for free.
