Problem with MiniGrand

I've been experiencing this problem for a couple years now.. MiniGrand just doesn't work for some reason.. I tried reinstalling different installers (mpc live/mpc x) but it didn't help. In all presets in MiniGrand i can hear only short attack sound of the piano and i can add some reverb to it and thats it. Please help, I really want to enjoy this plugin too.

I use hackintosh 10.14.6

Yes, exact same problem here, could never be bothered to try fixing it as I have plenty of other options for pianos. I have the problem on two different computers (both macs running 10.12)

I have issues when I try to use Mini Grand as a plug-in in the MPC Software, but it works fine when I load it into VIP and then use VIP in the MPC Software.
