How can I open the track mute screen?

Recently, I bought my akai 2000xl, but I have a problem with the track mute screen when I press "open window" to display the menu. When I do, it does not display the usual window but throws me a message that says "Erase all OFF tracks Pressing DO IT will erase all OFF tracks !! ", and more I can not do.

What am I failing? I have reviewed the manual but cannot find an answer.

I have seen that this menu can be opened only by pressing "open winow" above "on / off". Or am I wrong? Am I doing the wrong process? I want open this window (YouTube reference image):

bro... there is a button above the pads that says 'track mute', push it.

You was just confused because on the 2k CLASSIC, that's how you get to the track mute screen. You have the XL.
