Akai force arrow navigation

I read the manual, watch videos but I couldn't figure out. Can I use the arrows pad to navigate around the various screen parameters like the MPC X?

The arrow keys are for navigating around the clip matrix, which can only display 8 row/columns at a time (128 max is possible).

I thought the top part was related to the screen.
Too bad that is locked to Launch Mode, seem a missed opportunity for who don't want to use the touchscreen and like the cursor+data wheel/+ - combo.
