How much Cf ram card ?

Hi im new so im wondering now that ive asked a few questions . i know you need an adapter for the
Harddrive but i just went through my old ebay purchases in my closet and i found this



Its a adapter for the first adapter so it can use a cf card im just asking what i should do with it should i install it or just go for the harddrive instead?
And how much cf memory will it b able to handle.

I've been able to use a 128gb CF card in the CF slot. I'd imagine it'd work as well in the HDD slot. I've got a 120gb HDD in my slot and it also works fine.

The nice thing here is that you don't have to worry about a mechanical drive failing, and if you wanted you could remove the CF drive and mount it on a PC for a faster transfer rate.

I think i its better. I think it should be a alot to go through when removing the cf card from the hddrive togh. Ill have to see once i buy as far as price i know cf cards can get pretty expensive.

The $64 Sandisk seems pretty reasonable and I've had great luck using their CF cards.
