Explain me how come that I understood his question? If 999 on 1000 people don't understand something it doesn't mean it's hard to understand, maybe the 999 are just ignorant. If somebody come here and talk about orchestra I won't understand and you probably won't too, that doesn't mean it's hard to understand, we're just ignorant about it. But no! You have to be ignorant and also minimise what others say. In your head he explained poorly but you never think that maybe you didn't understand. That's a typical ignorant behaviour.
Honestly I'm not surprised if the OP simply quit the forum because of the answers.

English is not my native language and I understood that, how people don't understand? That's a problem only English and American have, you don't understand if somebody talk poorly in English but how is possible that a no native can understand and you can't? To my eyes that's pretending people talk how you want it.

If this is highly important to you, you would be better of with an Force. The Force has independent adjustable playheads for every clip. That functionality was stated to be coming to MPC's one day but that could be tomorrow or could be ten years.
