Setting Up your beats

When putting your beats on the internet and letting others hear them what are the bars you put them in? Ya know like 8 bars for a verse 4 for the hook. Is there like a sandard that I should put all my beats in. I produce mostly hip hop and R&b music.

better yet if you want your shit to sound like every one else
its simple listen to some internet beats and count the bars
its 4 beat to a bar and "if you will " copy what they do?
then freak the shit the way you want 2.

most traditional song structure for loop based music (hip hop) goes like
4 bar intro
16 bar verse
8 bar hook
16 bar second verse
8 bar hook
4 to 8 bar bridge
16 bar hook
8 bar out.

this is real flexible though. U can do whatever but for most shit u hear on radio and whatnot is layed out like this. intro, 3 verses, 2 or 3 hooks, and an outro. if u listen to most songs thats usally the format. sometimes u might have the hook right after the intro then the verse then another hook.
