Dear all, as this is a forum where people find workarounds and help, I would like to tell you about a positive thing.
- I avoided switching e.g. sounds and voices from when I started using the MPCX early 2018 (a 2017 build). The jittering and drop-outs destroyed the timing whatever I tried.
- This weekend I jammed around a little and I was too lazy to put channel switches in a separate sequence - my workaround to synchronize all external synth'.
- No audible issues (I do not use a tool to identify MIDI issues - just my ears).
- I played around extensively, just tiny adjustments when the BPM changed drastically (e.g. half-beat). But this is a "normal" behaviour to my understanding, as the 5-pin MIDI interface is a sequential interface and somehow slow. I am not using USB-MIDI due to aged equipment.
