MPC One Shortages

Just contacted zzounds and they pushed the back order date until mid April. I placed my order on 2/1...They are getting very limited quantities... This blows.

For what it’s worth, I heard from 2 other suppliers separately that InMusic UK (Akai parent company) told them a couple days ago that the 1st batch of MPC Ones is already in the UK being thoroughly quality checked at this very moment.

So I guess that provided they don’t find anything bad we should be good soon. When, I do not know though!

If they Make them joints in China...Dont expect your New MPCs for a couple Months! China is Movin Slow Motion right now...because of that Virus epidemic.

Well. My MPC One just arrived today. Very glad to see the unit finally..... I've had the X prior to this and man, it is small but very nicely built. Gonna stay in this weekend and work on this bad boy.

Im in canada and its all over the place here. Local store told me the akai rep said nothing until july...somewhere else said april...large chain said they are getting a shipment in sometime in march and are mostly preorders. Wait is killing my soul

I hear you mate. I can't wait to get my hands on this. The place I've ordered from was saying beginning of March now they have updated it to April.... I heard people saying some places have pushed to July. Fingers crossed for everyone to get is sooner.

Ah, materialism! But funny, I was already on the urban dictionary looking it up; GAS is apparently a word for some high class weed. But being dutch (and therefore spoiled in that sense because of our toleration policy), most of our weed is GAS; it sucks your eyeballs dry.

The 1-in-1-out policy is exactly what i have too by the way

I heard back from Musique Red One today, and my order is arriving to them end of March. So I should have mine by the start of April, hopefully. I don't know how many they're getting, but mine was a preorder and they guaranteed I'll receive from this shipment.

I hope it's sooner rather than later because I also bought monitors and they're refusing to ship those until the MPC One is there

you could always tell them you'll pay for an additional shipment... but probably not something you're looking to shell out I'd imagine.
