Hello gents,
Nowadays, I use my MPC-2500 more and more, instead of Logic or Ableton, as the midi brain and main sequencer in my studio.
But I have a sync problem in « immediately play » mode. A TR-8 and an OB-6, both slave synced to the MPC, lose sync when I change sequence on the fly. Everything’s fine in « end of sequence mode ».
Looking at the midi real time messages in Max, I noticed that in « immediately play » mode, there is a stop and a continue message in the midi stream.
I guess the workaround will be to sequence everything in the MPC, but i’d rather continue programming the TR-8 an OB-6.
Any advice or comment would be highly appreciated.
Take care,
w8
