Going unibomber need tips.

Alright guys, so things are getting messed up in my life BUT I’ll finally have time to work on music. I have some land in the middle of nowhere and a cabin. No power but I have a MPC live and other portable gear I want to focus on. I know a generator won’t be much help as it will be loud as hell.

I just want to know how you May go about making a project with no power. I can work on stuff out there and when my time is done go into town and work on stuff with speakers and power.

You need some small powerful speakrs and a power pack to plug up your stuff and you can rock

I have a battery powered bose speaker which works for writing, the plan is to work my land and focus on writing.

All mixing or serious sound design can be done somewhere else.

Assuming you have a car to use, could you get one of those outlet converters? Might take a while for live to charge though

That or some of the solar devices look promising with power banks.
Keep the tips rolling if you can fam.

That EcoFlow looks sweet, but damn it is pricey.

If you're looking to limit your power needs, the Teenage Engineering PO-33 is a really dope sampler. Runs off of 2xAAA batteries for probably a month. Sure it's lo fi as all get out, and only has 40 seconds of sample time, but you can still knock out some bangers, record that into the MPC Live and then run with it. Might be a way to reduce dependence on needing quite so much power, or let you control when you choose to increase your power utilization needs.

What about taking a barbershop quartet with and having them hum your basslines...? That would save power, though it might deplete your food stocks.

Then I’d need something for a mic. Although learning some nice spoon tricks would be pretty cool to chop up too. Lol
