Mpc slices how do they react to pitch, time stretch etc

So it took a while but I figured it out now. So what I am going to do is chop i to 16th with regions make new drumprogram with events then adjust slicemarkers to transients inside new program and tve break is going well without warp. From there i suppose it is just deciding if to incorporate pitch or warp or just leave as it is resample chop with endpoint being endpoint of sample and rearrange. Yeah

Yeah man... sounds like you've got something to start with... there is plenty of ways to mess with chops once you get going.
