I need a new MPC live brand new fresh out the box and they’re not selling it at the online stores that I frequent. Has it been discontinued? Am I going to have to switch over to Maschine?

It’ll be shame if they discontinued it. The MPC Live is the best MPC that Numark ever created.

It seems that they've been discontinued... and making a mk2... if you cannot wait for mk2... you'll need to hit up the second hand market in the time being.

The only thing I'll say is - speaking from experience (as my stand is at a similar angle) - but that pad would never, ever be used while sitting in that stand IMHO. The angle it's sitting at would make it very uncomfortable. The pad just makes sense if it's sitting flat on a table so your wrists can rest on them proper.

This is the exact stand I have. Looks really good. Like EnochLight said - the angle is a bit too high for the wrist rest to be effective. But from a viewing perspective, the angle (subjective based on several factors) is great for me.

It's too short for your future MPC LIVE MK II. No space for the speaker!
