CV/gate suddenly no voltage..

Please help. Something bad happened today.. I was exploring my modules, only cv/gate port 1 was connected to mpc and another end to my module clock. Then I disconnected clock from module to run it’s internal clock.. when I plugged it back in the voltage was gone.. I tried all 8 ports, there’s no voltage, no gate triggers, no smooth voltage changes with qlinks, nothing!! I checked the settings several times, I tried factory reset, it didn’t help.. what else should I try? I tried everything possible in software and standalone mode.. maybe I should open my mpc and reconnect some connectors inside? Any advice?

You have a factory warranty, call Akai for service. I wouldn’t open it up.

be sure to check if you are on a CV program in the track AND the CV/GATE ports are correct
sometimes i have the same problem when i assign 2 tracks to the same port and then no CV/GATE is send out (cause the other track has no notes, or the assignment CV/GATE port is just the other way around)

Did you ever figure it out? I’m mailing mine to akai soon. They said it could be a month. I’m just trying to avoid that, it’s the centerpiece of my studio. But I used to voltage and now nothing, no signal whatsoever
