assigning keygroups to certan clips

ok,

So i want to create a key group track with say 5 different stab sounds, 1 sound for each octave.

But i want only one sound/octave to be playable.

So,if i create an empty clip is there way to make all the other sounds/octaves muted?

On the MPC Live/X/One this is definitely a key group... I'm pretty sure I remember key groups being on the Force as well.

In track edit > master, set 'no of keygroups' to 5, set an octave note range for each one and in track edit > samples assign your samples to each keygroup.
