Part of it comes from my history.

I grew up working out of NYC studios like Brooklyn Sound Lab, Calliope Studios, and Unique Recordings which all had big rooms filled with synths, drum machines, and samplers. Unique called their room MIDI City which was the craziest they had everything that was out during that time in there. If we were in another room and needed something we could just ask the assistant engineer or an intern pull one for our session. Now some of these studios don't exist anymore, but the gear that was in there lives on be it, Behringer, recreating them, or these virtual versions.

I'm very skilled at sampling, but synthesizers are my real passion, I hope Akai Pro adds more synths to the MPC X, I love composing within the MPC environment and then layering with whatever sounds good to me at the moment...

Yeah, it really is a lot of work...

Now you see why l was reluctant to switch from one PC to the next. And it doent end there , all the presets l bought l have to reload them back into each plugin.
But some l don't have to authorze they have the serial number. You put it in and go.

Yeah lm very skilled at sampling, that's what l grew up on along with beat box machines.
Im known for my drum programming , that's my real joy. I don't sample much these days. I do a lot of RnB, Pop and Orchestral music so to get a feeling l do a lot of playing. But l sample a lil bit to put voices in the music.

From the hit factory to Quad studios to Stadium Red and Chung King studios etc l have had a lot of quality lessons and experience and meeting big name artist.

Now basically doing my own thang and give advice, lm happy. Trying to lock down a deal with a couple of media outlets and artist. Its so dope, plus l have own stuff comung soon. Doing the finishung touches.

So I know where you're coming from.

Troy and Dani Germano, greatest Father and Daughter duo ever! I worked on a project at Hit Factory, they have great rooms, well buildings. I also been to Quad. it's crazy how things changed, one day you're working out of multimillion-dollar studios and now you have the technology of those multimillion-dollar studios in your home...

@Fresh that's true. That's why a lot of those studios closed down because of the digital age. People started having home studios. What lead me to tje choices today. Today those studios are for tracking, expert mixing and recording. Making tracks you do that at home in your stoo and you don't have to pay no one or rent a piece of equipment. Master P did all his music in his home stoo and he killed the game. His higgest moments were in the Adat and Dat years lol.
Man.ii have went from cutting tape wuth raxir blades to Adats to Protools. Dam we seen a lot.

First up from Infinit Essentials,"VOCALIST". Dope! Vst with vocals. I tuned some vocals, chopped them up, brought them into the MPC live over my drums and chords and WENT THE F***OFFon this track. $5 you can't beat. Tomorrow they have another product for RnB Trap stlye,lm getting that too. $5!!!!! I'll let yall hear the track when l finish. There's magic in that MPC!
