Hey Everyone, I just want to post a link and some info regarding if your having issues attempting to use 2Gb CF Cards for your 2XL. I just was able to partition 2 x 2GB CF Cards using the following link and info successfully.

I did partition both CF cards using FAT16 MS DOS file System which is what this link provides. I was able to do both CF on my macbook and use them both right after in my mpc 2xl. I've been having a hard time so I just wanted to share.
The following 2Gb Cards are working!
SanDisk Ultra2 15mb/s
PNY Optima CF 2GB
