When I go to the Filter/Env or LFO Modulation page for a Keygroup in Program Edit the parameters don't seem to do anything.
Am I missing something?

Make sure you select 'All' keygroups, either via the top red bar or via the MASTER screen. Otherwise you are only editing the currently selected keygroup.
