There's a YouTuber named Ollie Loops that went a little more in depth on the subject than the other two vids. Sorry I'm not linking to it, but it's around the 6:00 mark if you search for the video.

I wish EVERYTHING could be recalled per track. I hate that the bank and zoom don't stick.

But Tube Digga confirmed you have to go back and set Pad Perform to chromatic. There's no off. Net improvement, but a missed efficiency by Akai. They do not like master offs. They need one for the metronome as well.

That's wrong - there is an off - you can see it right here:

I think he kind of meant an on/off toggle on the main screen instead of going back to pad perform mode.

Anyway, for me it's a great improvement. I always accidently go back to main when i want to record some pad performance stuff and remember then i have to be in pad perform mode.. bit annoying but now i am used to this.

Now don't hope we got a zillion topics here like ''MY MIDI TRACKS ARE ONLY PLAYING CHORDS AND NO NOTES WHAT IS THIS BUG?!''

I'm happy to see improvements.. just not sure how this helps standalone syncing to your DAW such as cubase 10.5.. I guess we will see.. still excited!

Are you having trouble syncing your MPC to a DAW like Cubase, are you trying to use the MPC to control the DAW sequencer or vice versa?

Anyways, here is an 8x8 USB interface: https://www.amazon.com/midiplus-MIDI-8x ... B07488Q15T

If you are like me, you may also need (or just want) a 16x16 USB interface: https://www.amazon.com/Midiplus-MIDI-16 ... B07CRGFTQB

Actually, I am thinking that "32 USB devices" probably refers to logical devices, i.e. ports, so the 16x16 probably wouldn't work, well it may work but you couldn't use all available ports, so probably the better one would be the 8x8. Also, there are built-in "Remote" ports, and there is no info yet, whether they count. Also, I wonder if disabled ports count as the 32, or if it applies to "connected" ports.
