Hey all, long story short when I hook up my MPC One to my computer, they work together but neither can detect the SD Card so I can't eject it without losing data, and I can't transfer project files. I'm using the usb to usb 3 that came with the MPC and running it through a USB Hub (I've tried both a USB 2.0 and 3.0 hub). I also tried hooking the laptop and MPC up without the hub. Idk if this is necessary info but I'm using windows and I've downloaded the software and driver and reinstalled multiple times. If anyone knows what's up lemme know, much appreciated in advance

Has the SD card ever been formatted? FAT32/EXFAT, EXFAT is the better choice.

You have an SD reader on computer?

Try the SD card directly in computer.

Akai Pro for some reason haven't fixed this or consider this basic function only an option for other MPCs. That's why I came up this work around to transfer using USB or KVM switch. Also since doing this, I don't save anything on the internal or sd card.
