Hey,

Im using mpc one and i try to sample from Spotify With an iPhone Via adaptor cable.

Sound is flat, Main vocals are Just in the back and very low.

Whats wrong?

Hey, i use only one Input.
Maybe a Stereo cable Could Work. Probably i will use a small Mixer ... thx a lot

Yeah, the individual line ins on the MPC do not carry a stereo signal... so if for example you take a 1/8" out jack from your audio device that is TRS (so it had 3 metal contacts) and plug it into the MPC input which only supports TS... you will be basically merging the Left and Right channel on the outputs into a single signal... which can cause odd behavior.

No the RCA inputs on the MPC's are for Phono input only. The MPC one only has 1/4 inputs so get a 3.5mm to Stereo 1/4 cable.

The ability to pick it up and walk away from the desk. :)

So buying it for the convenience to work in other places. Which could be good or it could be a fleeting thought. Three things I ask myself are.

1. Does it improve my musical and sonic quality?
2. Does it allow me to focus and complete more?
3. By not having this (Gear) does it stop me from creating the music I want?

If my answer is no to any of those questions, I won't buy the gear.
