Can't find The 809 on MacOS Sierra

Hi everyone. I'm new to MPC and have just downloaded and installed The 809 drum samples on my Mac. In the plugin folder I can't find the MPC Expansion folder containing The 809, in fact I can't even find it if I search my Mac. Am I being stupid? It's definitely installed! Thanks

Assuming it's installed correctly, open the MPC Software, create a plugin track, select the 809 as the plugin instrument.

Thats what I don't see. I can see all third party plugins and effects but not the MPC Expansion folder. Some kind of compatibility issue?

Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Have you gone to preferences and added the appropriate VST folders?

I have installed The 809.dmg file but cannot find the folder using Finder. Where should it be? Thanks

Default VST plugin folder paths should already be pre-populated in the MPC Software. Go to Preferences > Plugins and make sure the checkbox is enabled next to each plugin folder path under 'VST Folders'. Then Rescan All.
