Easy way to export Audio Tracks (Solos)?

Hey, guys, what's up? Quick question. Is there any quick way to export an audio track (I don't mean a song, but for example the audio track recorded from real guitars). I can't find a way to do it, actually I had to export a vst of trumpets, and for that I had to make a new sequence, copy the audio track to that sequence (solo) and export it in the song mode. Surely there is a faster way, but I don't know how to do it. If someone could tell me, I would be very grateful!

dude its a bitc now. just upgraded to 2.8 and want to go back. although i overcame my issues, to a point. im only a few hours deep on 2.8 but its a different beast when using it as a digital recorder. It messed up my project and I only upgraded to try to ableton export from 2.5. really messed things up.

I'm sorry my friend, I heard several users complaining, that's why I haven't updated. On the other hand in 2.5 you can export audio tracks?
