Hello !
just bought a MPC One and I've two stranges issues with it.
It's probably on my side but I'm not able to find what is wrong.

1- Q-Link overlay does not hide. When I use a Q-link, the overlay appears on touch but, sometimes (may be 50%), never disappears when I release the button. This bug (?) seems random and is very annoying because when it happens, I need to reboot the MPC because the back-screen does not work due to focus on the overlay.
So, I've uncheck the auto-overlay in Preference screen but i'd like to know if someone else seen that.

2- In Grid mode, the Follow/Page mode not works. Sometime, that's ok during the first page... and stop. Basically, I move the line manually with the q-link now but it's a little bit frustrating.

The firmware is 2.8.0 and i wonder if it's my MPC or a general known bug.

Thanks a lot if someone can help !

hi,
I am not 100% sure but maybe you should check if your q link knobs are clean. If you just touch (not turning, just touch) one of the q link knobs you will see the overlay and it seems your mpc is registering a constant touch of one of your knobs. Don’t know how that is done technically but maybe they are wet of fatty on the surface?
if you have made a factory reset and maybe installed the firmware again this could also be a hardware bug, but let’s see if someone else could confirm this...

Reinstalling the OS and do a factory reset afterwards might help
Since the Qlinks are capacity sensitive there might be an issue with the grounding.
Will check the Grid follow mode later
