QLink Knob Visibility

Hi folks, just got my first MPC (Live II). Loving it so far, but I have been tending to work on it in the evenings with lighting suitable for evening chilling (i.e.: not a brightly lit room).

I find that the QLink knobs, which aren't backlit or even colored in a contrasting color, are practically invisible in this lighting.

Has anyone else observed this and have a suggested durable fix for this? I was thinking along the lines of maybe (very carefully) dabbing a little fluorescent nail polish or white paint around the knob surround or on the top surface of the knob, just to make it stand out a little from the all-black surface.

If you want to make music: Just make music and don't be concerned about your **** q-link lights man. Buy a **** lamp
If you want a fancy light show go to disneyland.

I have a Mpc live mk1 and I think it won't take you longer than a couple of days for your muscle memory to remember the exact position of the 4 qlinks

You could buy colored q link knobs (a lamp is cheaper) or put some white electrical tape around them instead of painting nail polish all over them... Or just dip those things in some white out, its your machine...

I might be mistaken, didn't someone have touch capacitive issues after they painted their q links. I don't remember for sure but this was around the Ren days.
