Anyone have experience whether or not Omnicharge's Omni 13/20+ powerbanks work well for MPC One? I'm aware that in his review video Accurate Beats mentioned the 20+ model and it apparently works fine, but he probably got paid to say it, so a 2nd (and 3rd, and 4th) opinion would be welcome :)

It's one of few power banks that has a regular AC outlet on its side, so that's definitely convenient and should be safe, as - I'd assume - MPC One's power brick would still take care of converting the power current to required specs, right?

Here are some, just make sure you use the AC adapter that comes with the MPC ONE.

That's correct. Just as long as you are plugging the MPC One into a power bank's AC outlet with its own power brick, you'll be 100% fine. The issue comes into play when users decide to use power banks without the AC outlet and go direct. Over long term use, there's risk to causing damage with that approach.

Congrats! I know you've been knocking around getting a new gen-MPC for a while now and had some concerns with the genre of music you do. I think it's a great machine for that - let me know your thoughts after you spend a week or two with it!

Hahah! Trust me - we all do! The best way I can describe it is.. Propellerhead about 10 years ago. We all requested features and begged for “fixes” that inevitably appeared - it just takes way too long.

Hopefully by the time I'm familiar with all the ins & outs, the MPC Software 3.0 is there to dive even deeper! I mean it has to be close now, does it?

No but if you wanna become a jedi mpc master you must go into jedi mpc hibernation. This means:

- 24/7 MPC (for 4 weeks)
- No sleep
* optional (if you want to become a sith lord like me)
- smoke 2 grams white widow per day
- pallet of red bull to get you up again
- emergency cocaine

Damn, that's gonna be hard with work, wife & 3 kids, but who am I to argue with Jedi Master :worthy:
