2 Quick SCSI Drive Questions?

Hi, I just got an MPC2000xl and wanna know a couple things
1. How do I know if a SCSI/Zip drive is compatible with the MPc2000xl?? I see them on ebay for like 50 dollars and then just ones for the PC for like 5 dollars. They look the same too. If I got a regualr Iomega 100mb zip drive would this work with my MPC??????


2. What is the difference between a SCSI drive and Jazz drive or are they the same???? Thanks

For the Zip drive to work with the MPC it must have a termination switch on the back ( a switch that is set to either 5 or 6 ).

I have the Iomega 100mb Plus.... that works because it has the switch....I have also got a standard Iomega 100mb zip without the switch that won't work on the MPC but I use it on my PC.

Before buying ask if it has the termination switch.
