Hi,

I am new in here, the MPC X i brought 2 tears ago, currently is 2.7. And it crash every 3 mins. Let me explain more detail In below :

So i start up an empty project. Just simply load a default acoustic kit and its fine to play for a while around 3 mins. THAN,The audio crashed, the meters on monitor and the on one onboard is freezed. No sounds, no response. but, the midi signal is fine! It response well on the monitor. It happens on me every single time i start a project. And this issue is following since 2.2. Now is 2.8 and i really feeling tired on this happen.

It is super annoying. Does anyone face this issue before ? Does anyone had any suggestion for me? Any ways to restore the whole system for the software ? Please help!

I will provide short videos or picture if anyone can help to fix the issue.

- Are you in controllor or standalone?
- Do a reset, check the manual (link in signature)
- Did you tried a varied range of different programs? It happens with all of them? What if you make a new program, load some sounds, save the program and start a new project from that?

This is hardware failure, and no software update will fix it. Had this happen with the first Live (gen 1) I bought; had to exchange it. As obviously yours is past its 1 year warranty, unless you bought an extended warranty then you'll need to send it in for repair and pay for it. Sorry!
