Hi,

What is the purpose of being able to create more than one CV Program on a track ?

Imagine this scenario:
1. In Main Mode, create a CV program on Track 1 named CV001
2. In Grid Mode, open the automation view and create an automation lane for Program: CV001 - Parameter: CV Out 1. Draw in a unique automation curve.
3. Return to Main Mode and, on Track 1 create another CV Program named CV002.
4. Go to Grid Mode, open the automation view and create a new lane for Program: CV002 - Parameter: CV Out 1. Draw a different unique automation curve.
5. Return to Main Mode and switch between CV001 and CV002 using the data dial.
6. Notice that the output of CV Out 1 is always the automation curve drawn in Program CV001, and subsequent CV programs cannot be used on the same track (Track 1 in this case).

I was expecting to be able to switch between programs on the fly, thus enabling different automation outputs at the CV outs.

Thanks,
Gabi.

Yes, only 1 CV per track

Bligh me, i didn’t know you can output (CV) automation as CV

That is probably the reason why LFO’s etc are only positive !!!!

Must try!

Start a new project and on one track (for example Track 1), make a CV Program. Then, in the program section, tap the 'plus' button (on the same Track 1) to create a second CV Program.

My question is, what is the purpose of being able to create a second (and third, forth, etc) CV Program if Track 1 will always only use the information from the first CV Program.

Hope that's clearer :)
