it's not working. :|

Your Private Messages aren't working?!! :hmmm: Or the Factory Restoration fixing your issue?

If the latter, then the Factory Content isn't your problem - it's likely hardware failure. It's still under warranty - i'd get it serviced through Akai (or reach out to the retailer you bought it from)....

As far as I'm aware the installer that is floating around contains the MPC Live/MPC X content and apart from being too large might not even have the same directory structure needed for the MPC One. The key is to put back the correct folder structure, I'm not even sure if you need any actual content, but I don't know what the MPC One folder structure is and whether there are hidden folders to deal with.

yes. I already tried making structure after deleting mpc live contents..
The key of this damn situation is just only one...**** akai support team READ, REPLY and SEND ME DAMN FILE..

Again, tampering with your file structure or anything for that matter on the integrated storage is the #1 reason how people f vc k things up. Don't do that. Just wait until you get the proper MPC One Factory Content restoration file.

They key is not addressing Akai here, as they don't come here. AT. ALL. Keep sending Akai tech support request, and call them on the damn phone, until you get service.

This will forever be a Prime Example of NOT messing with the Internal Drive. Especially at a time when Akai has been Incognito!

Hey my MPC Live was a demo from Sweetwater and had a few kits erased I’ve just found out.
No biggie but I’d really appreciate a link for a factory reinstall.

Thanks for any help.

Success.

But noticed I need to add additional folders.
I see the folders

Clips
Instruments
The Vault 2.0

I had other folders before the re install.
Saw these in my download area so downloaded them.

Should I copy these to my SD and transfer, or is there apropoer way to get these to my Internal Drive?

Thanks
