hi im a total noob again... last time i made a beat was 10 years ago 
back then my knowledge wasnt so great either thats why i stopped LOL BUT im a lil older now and i really would like to learn it better!
a week ago i hooked up my old m audio trigger finger and started to play around with fruity then i found out about mpc beats.. after watching a few tutorials and getting used to mpc beats, i first thought mpc beats and a new mpc with a touch is the way to go since my trigger fingers pads are not working correctly anymore... even with full velo i have to hit so hard to recognize them, the sound of hittin the pad is louder then the sound of the speaker lmao
first i didnt really cared about standalone but after getting more into it , i started to understand what ppl mean by workflow.....after googling and watching a ton of reviews + playing around with fl studio and mpc beats as a vst plugin i was kind of frustrated because the workflow is kind of complicated and slow i think...
since fruity also has warp function now i dont really see much use for mpc beats or mpc software!
either i use the mpc as standalone or as normal fpc+sampling and chopping in fl....
anyways i first wanted to get me the mpc touch but now im not sure anymore
because in my opinion the mpc touch (or any other mpc with touch screen) only makes real sense if u can use the touch screen with the mpc software in controller mode...so i thought besides the touch screen they basically all the same... and i could go with a older model without touch but with standalone!
i could get the MPC touch for around 350 bucks.... but for almost the same for about 400 or 450 i could get a mpc 1000 , 2000 or 5000! i mostly would use it with my pc but for a few bucks more i could also use it as standalone one in a while...
what would u guys recommend, should i go with the cheaper mpc touch oder should i get a 1000 or 2000? the 5000 is too big for me....lol
