If you can find a better way or have the better idea. I'll try it.

Here's a fantastic alternative that's great for all the pros! Can be assembled from materials usually found around the house. Bonus: place the plastic bag over your head and secure with the included bungie cord when you've run out of meth and get bored! Impress your producer friends!

If you do go the back pack way, UDG is the way to go like Tutor said. I have the UDG urbanite and it works very well. They design the backpack with gear protections and traveling in mind.

MPC-Tutor wrote:The UDG 'producer bag small' is fine, it's not a dedicated case, but it's a good, well made bag and also has plenty room for a laptop, plugs, cables, disks etc.

They also have hard case for the MPC LIVE II.
Price: €99.95 or 118 USD.

UDG gear isn't available in the US anymore to my knowledge (aside from second-hand Reverb sales, etc). They're great products, though, for sure. I have to say Charlie, I rarely agree with you since you're wrong most of the time  , but on this - I agree. UDG is good stuff.

You can still get UDG in the US or you can just buy it direct. Nevertheless, considering the source of me being wrong (as if that's important.) I'll take that as a compliment. Funny how you still can't provide a better idea.

Where? It would help people if you posted links.

Interesting, as I just tried and shipping to a US address was "not available at this time".

OMG, sometimes you just make it too easy, Charlie!

I provided perfectly acceptable ideas that may be better for the target use case scenario. Funny how you are unable to come to grips with other people's opinions being better than your own. It's like having a conversation with Trump.

Strange because they offer: Free Shipping to U.S. & Canada for orders over €100 and I just tried and had no issues. Maybe you need to disable your VPN.

EDITED: Awaiting Screenshot.

I don't use a VPN.

Maybe you should try contacting UDG and let them know you have an issue. I used a Detroit Post Office Address to make sure they can ship to the US and it works. Maybe you went to the wrong site. :hmmm:

I have a couple bags, that I got from NAMM. If you need one, PM me your P.O. BOX and pay for shipping and I'll send one over. At least you won't have to use that back pack.

I got the Thomann bag - similar to the UDG. Regretted it ever since. The Thomann bag is a good - just too small. I can't fit my cans in it, and the MPC Live is too snug - can't really fit a laptop in it at the same time. Planning on upgrading to the UDG for sure.
