I'm not going to give away my exact recipe, but I will reveal that printing dry dynamic effects are key to the soup base...

Please keep in mind that I don't have much compared to some of my friends and clients who own much bigger studios, but it works for me and my needs, my Equipboard also changes due to sometimes I buy something and end up returning, selling or trading it. Like I had the Moog Matriarch and Mother32 among other synths I realized weren't keepers. You can check out my Equipboard for all my gear. https://equipboard.com/synthgod

I think it's a 30 inch ultrawide, not exactly sure.

The stand makes great ergonomic sense as it uses up less desk space and puts all the controls front and center. The SSL 4000 E-Series is included and from my multiple experiments, I currently believe it's the best SSL model that exists thus far, but Softube has always been a top tier developer when it comes to analog modeling.

Hell you have way more out board gear than l have. But my magic is inside my PC

I just decided to go 40 inch HDTV which has 3X HDMI , USB , VGA, etc, then l can connect my original XBox up to it and play my college basketball lol that's to relax and rest between music breaks. I don't have to wall mount it lm getting VESA compliant stand . That's going to look pretty neat. I'll take pics and show you.

I like th. SSL 4000E, but l love the 9000-J/K that they have for C1. Do you plan on getting that for C1? That's why l love the emulation SSL in Reason.

I have the SSL 4000, Neve, Summit, and API channel strips. While experimenting with it, I discovered you can swap out elements from each model. So you can have the Neve drive on your API strip or the SSL on your Summit. The more I dig in the doper it gets, the 9000 and Chandler are next on my list...

That's why l love tje SSL in Reason, l can swap different jiints out on the 8 sends and make diffetent templates.

l knew you were a SSL 9000 guy

I know you will have so much fun mixing and maki g music. See now you have gotten me excited

Yo! For reel to reel, Softube needs to win every award that exists for the Console 1 and Fader!!! Today I was mixing a client's project in Studio One and never had to touch the mouse not once for anything.

My mixing workflow has improved so much that my wife had to remind me to go for a walk through the woods and eat twice today. I was just getting lost in my work, and not once I reached for the mouse, everything was just right there where I needed it!

Yeah, I have a love/hate relationship with S1, which is why I'm holding off on upgrading to 5. I'll probably pull the trigger when it goes on sale. I'm also looking into Cubase because the mixing workflow is so much better, and it's a more mature DAW.

I find S1 to be feature rich, but missing some fundamentals. Needing a plugin for true stereo panning is a PITA, for example. Hopefully some of the 5.X updates address some of the less popular but fundamental oversights like this.

On topic, I'm a bit closer to going with the Console 1 & Fader combo, but still considering the Faderport 16 because it's a Presonus product. Despite Console 1's integration, it won't be as integrated as Presonus' own controller. And the FP controls 3rd party plugins, which I have a lot of, with less hassle.
