MPC One problem with electricity.

Is it normal to get kicked by power when I hold the jack connected to the PC with one hand and touch the backplate with second?
I do not have a 3-pin connector at home, how do I ensure the correct power supply for the MPC?
Will Omnicharge Omni 20 used as pass through solve the problem?

No, you have a short. The jack connected to your PC? You mean the USB port? Do you have another computer you can test it with to rule out your computer being the problem? otherwise you have a bad MPC One and you should return it immediately and exchange it.

The proper power supply comes with your MPC One new in the box. Use it. If your home studio does not have modern three prong grounded outlets, assuming you’re in the US, buy one of these at your local Home Depot and install it:

Yes it's been reported using a MPC one in an improper grounded outlet causes it to mess up.

How to fix it? I live in Europe, in an old building.
I cannot access the 3 pin connector.
Maybe it will help to buy a UPS or Omnicharge I mentioned above and use it as a power supply?

If you've got bad power being supplied in an old building or you're on an aging electrical network with issues, then conditioning your line is really your only solution. Assuming the UPS or Omnicharge does that, then yes - it should help solve your issue.

What does your power outlet look like in your building? Can you take a photo and post it? And take a photo of your MPC's power plug - there may be other more affordable options than going with a UPS or Omnicharge.

To my knowledge everything is grounded before the electricity enters your house thru your electrical panel in Europe. Can't vouch for your situation this how it's here in the Netherlands.

Yeah, looks like buying a good line conditioner might be your best bet. Still, the fact that you have issues when you touch the back of your MPC One and something else is troubling. Might also have an issue with the actual unit.

Are you able to test it on a power outlet at a friend or family member's that has better power? Just to eliminate the MPC One being the actual problem...

Just out of curiosity are all your system components powered off the same power outlet? If not, try powering everything from the same circuit with a power strip/board. From your video it looks like the USB cable was arc'ing on the MPC panel which is not good. I am assuming that USB was connected to a computer that was powered on? What kind of computer is it (laptop / tower) and how is it powered i.e. IEC power lead or power supply unit (PSU)?
