Hey Dudes,
This is driving me nuts at this point...
I have a Roland Tr-8s drum machine and you can set it so each drum track outputs as it's own audio channel. With ableton, I have seen this used to record all the tracks at once.
In the MPC software, I can not seem to figure out if this will work. It looks like it can, but when I try to record it immediately shuts off.
If I listen to different tracks, some will have one drum sound coming through. A couple tracks have the whole rhythm coming through. It's very confusing.
Any experience with recording multiple audio tracks at the same time? I hope there is a way!

I don't think you fully understand the difference between what midi is and what audio is. Best if you start reading into that.
