Newbie question about SD card

Want to get an MPC One, about to pull the trigger, so I just got the SanDisk Ultra UHS-1 A1 64gb, need to know how to organize the samples on it. They are in folders by type, sample creator, etc., on my hard drive. Can I just move them over like that, folders and all, onto the MPC, and be able to browse through the folders using the touchscreen?
