Can we share samples / programs on this forum?

I just sampled 32 kicks from Korg Electribe R from my iPad and they sound very good.. love the kickt hat thing produces. I'd like to share them here if I can.

I’m not the moderator/owner of these forums (that would be Lampdog and MPC-Tutor, respectively), but I wouldn’t see a problem with sharing sample sets that you created from your own gear. It’s commercial sample CD content that’s under copyright that’s a big no-no.

Isnt there a sub forum for this exact purpose?

That’s a good question. Lampdog/MPC-Tutor: what say you? Not OK/OK to post and if so, which sub-forum?

If you want to post samples that you've created yourself that have no third party copyright associated with them, go for it. Problem is in the past these things eventually morph into illegal shares, and that can't happen here. Stick them in 'Your Music' sub forum, I'll sticky it if it gets any traction.
