As for me, I buy gear with a purpose and I'm not an impulse buyer. I'm actually the opposite because I'll research something until I actually don't want it. All my gear was acquired over time and I've always been careful with what buy and I'm try not to be emotionally attached to gear. If I buy something and it's not working for me, I will return it, put it up for sale, or give it away. I'll check out the modular grid site, thank you.

If you're going for space, dont waste any of those hp on mults. There's plenty of cool magnetic ones you can buy made to stick on your case and patch away.

I saw one of those Pico's completely full at NAMM a couple years ago, right next to a completely full 84HP too. Jesus you should see the modular you can cram in there when you stick to only Erica's pico modules.

Tip Top stacking cables are also nice... though they are pricey as hell. About 25% of my cables are these, because when you need them you need them... but otherwise they are like 2x to 5x the cost of just a standard 1/8" cable.

Last thing off the top of my head...

Koma Elektronik Attenuator Cable is super helpful, it'll get you an in line attenuator for your signal for things that don't support it. Make Noise gear has plenty of attenuation, but not *everything* is attenuated... and when you want it, well it is handy. Since it is inline you cannot modulate it... still handy enough that I picked up five of them.

Space is not the issue, I just want very optimized 3 Piece setup, that is unique to euro racks. I don't want anything that I currently have. However it seems that one Semi Module piece may be the way to go.

There's quite a few that make them nowadays, I cant remember any specific manufacturers right now though, its been so long since Ive had space to be able to shop for modular stuff haha. I dont even think Ive turned mine on more than twice in the last 2 years or so. My Doepfer Wasp filter finally blew its op amp or logic chip last time I had it on too, still gotta pull that out and fix it.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to avoid. Only want gear that will be in daily use.
