8out vs ADAT option...about sound

hi~ all

I heard 8 out is more warm and adat is clear.. but..
I wonder,
is there any advantage or character of sound (at MPC4k's 8out) ? like mpc60. sp1200..etc
more than ADAT 's clear sound...?

surely i have 8 in a/d and adat in both...so now thinking.
i think Adat is more comportable for me , but if there is advantage or character . maybe..i'll choose 8out

the D/A convertors on the 8 analogue outs board are designed to be high-quality and thus not "colour" the sound at all!

which one you use (analogue or ADAT) surely will just depend on which is more convenient!
(ie, does the machine you are sending it to have analogue inputs? or digital ones?)

One snag:
you can only send 44.1k or 48k sampling rate stuff through the ADAT link, because it doesn't support SMUX.
(A bloody silly omission on a board that costs nearly £300, I think!)

to me. ADAT is more convenient
cause cable problem (8out need..8 good quality cables...-- and connect..)
but it doesn't support SMUX.....oopps little big problem

I have fireface800.. it have both (8 analogue I/o , 2 adat i/o)
