Akai Force Multi-Timbral Module

Anyone know how to automate the record enable buttons on the Akai Force remotely via a MIDI track? I want to send midi data to turn on/off tracks from Ableton. Basically use the Force as a multi-timbral sound module in combination with Ableton VSTs and Instruments.

Also...Any way to use Program Change messages to change the Presets of an internal synth of the Force?

I, too, am curious about this. So I'll reply to bump it.

Can an internal synth (Hype, etc.) change its patch by receiving a program change message? I've been experimenting and digging in the manual, but the answer seems to be no. It works with an external synth but so far not with the internal ones.

Here's hoping I'm wrong.

I have not seen any MIDI chart that explains that, so I'm going to go with "no".

Nothing about this is inherently impossible, so I could well see that changing in the future, but based on what we have now, it's not happening.
