Thanks Guys, any help will be greatly appreciated.
The MPC One is amazing, I love it.
I'm trying to connect the MPC to my computer to control it via USB (MPC Beats) and not have it output the sound via the USB connection. I'm running Cakewalk Sonar Platinum and Focusrite 18i20 as my Mixer and DAW. I have Roland SPD-SX and my idea is to have the SPD-SX as a midi controller controlling the MPC One and have the MPC One connected to my Focusrite 18i20. Both are connected with MIDI Cables.
So it's working well, I can drum on my SPD-SX and the MPC One picked it up and showing it on MPC Screen while it transmits the data to he Focusrite 18i20.
The problem begins when I want to control the MPC One with the software, it changes the audio to the USB one and conflicts with Cakewalk Sonar as well. My question to you guys is, Is there a way to control the MPC One via USB but leave the audio for the standalone unit? I want to be able to control the MPC One with the MPC Beats Software but not the have the audio output from USB.
Is this possible?
My goal is to have Cakewalk Sonar record the input from the Main outputs of the MPC but
when I connect the MPC One to the computer it disables the Main's OUT...
I really need you help,
Thank you,
