Midi to Usb

I want to connect my device via midi 5 pin din to Akai by USB. I see lots of midi to USB cables on Amazon but they all state for use with Windows or Mac.

Any recommendations for a cable that will work with Akai MPC Live II?

which device and live midi to usb on the device, or usb live to midi on the device?

It's an old Roland Mc505 which has midi 5 pin dins. I just want to connect it to Akai live by usb so I can send/receive midi

Any reason you're not going Midi out on the MPC to Midi in on the MC505?

Midi out on Mpc is used for another device.

i use a very cheap one bought on amazon and can confirm it works on my mpc live mk1 standalone. it sees it as a normal midi port.
