MPC One - Pad sensor problems

What’s up everyone.

When I am hitting a pad on my top row, it often triggers either one or two other pads at the same time. I do not have pad triggering my enabled. I have also done a factory reset, and messed with the sensitivity settings in the preferences. Has anyone had this problem? I am thinking I need a new pair of sensors, but wanted to check in first. I have also contacted Akai to see if they can help.

I've had this on my 4K. Back then it was caused by dust bit that would be very weird for a brandnew unit.

I'm still affraid you have to open it up to see whats up. Got warranty left?

Thanks @cases. I do, but getting Akai to cooperate has been a bit of a pain. I am going to open the unit to see myself.
