mpc x and ableton major latency issues only just started

mpc x and ableton major latency issues only just started , i use mpc regular inside ableton as a vst and it works fantastic but since during the week the latency issues are incredible and no settings have been changed, there was an update to mpc but that was all, i have changed anything bit rates of samples etc the buffer rates the same , yet the latency when hitting a pad and the small feedback issues is unbearable, these issues are not there when in stand alone mode and they are not there when i use the mpc in cubase, so its an mpc-ableton issue i think but thats why im here i need some help and guidance if possible ? im using mac mojave and haven't updated that either so no idea why this is occuring, mpc x and the software the most recent and the macs got 32gb ram and 3 tb storage so i know it can handle it. why all of a sudden and what's caused it ? and a solution would be amazing haha also when im on, i like to make a lot of patterns etc and drag the audio but when you drag the audio it's never in time it seems to be all over the place whys this ? i use the feature to grab the audio inside the software and every time i do it, say i take a 2 bar loop at 128 bpm and put it into ableton it will be either far to fast or slow and i have to correct the issues if i can sometimes it's just not useable ? any ideas thanks folks

tested the mpc x in my mac book pro and the issues were NOT there at all, everything was on point and singing and dancing the way it should but the settings are all the same in the macbook and in the imac? just thought i would make that clear i have tested on another machine, using the same test works in standalone and in ableton with no lag at all, but when using in as vst in ableton on my imac the latency is incredible and only started this week, before this everything worked great

soo the solution i found that or the isue i found what ever way we look at it, seems to be when i have the mpc x and the akai force both in the one ableton project the mpc x goes crazy slow on the latency, i found as soon as i take out the force usb the mpc x act and plays the way it should, does anyone know why this happens? anyone else had this issue
