SO far, headphone jack works, line in for sampling, pads seem decent, all knobs work but the q-link button has an issue, its stuck out and more force is required to push it down?. Is this something that I should be worried about?.

As for the outputs, how do I test them all out?.

Cheers

Can you take a picture of the q-link button?

Depending on settings... a tap of the q-link button should change the bank you are on... and pushing/holding it down should bring up the on screen menu.

to test the outputs... just hook audio up to a port and in the MAIN view press the eye icon... then you can change the output from 1,2/3,4/5,6/1/2/3/4/5/6 and try out whatever combo you want... just use whatever monitors you've got to listen to them. Barring that... you could probably use headphones just to see if you can hear something...

Thanks for the output tip, going to try tomorrow

The Q-Link button at the top right of the Live should not be loose at all, and you shouldn't be able to pull it up. It's just a simple button that should require minimal force to press in to change Q-Link banks. If it's loose or you can pull it up  :? then it's broken or failing.
